Below are the Rules for MyBB Top Sites Website Submissions.

• Don’t cheat – It really ruins the fun for everyone and makes your rank pointless if you use unfair practices to achieve it. It’s okay to ask your members to rate your site but don’t please don’t offer incentive for it (Do not offer money!) If I suspect you of using unfair practices your site will be blacklisted and removed immediately. No questions asked.
• You are allowed to have multiple sites listed but don’t list the same site multiple times. This will result in having all of your listings removed and your site blacklisted as well as IP address.
• As of the 16th of May 2010, MyBB Top Sites only accepts English Based Websites.
• As of the 20th of May 2010, MyBB Top Sites does not allow any illegal forums. This includes Warez and Hacking Sites. Your site will be removed without warning if it is found to contain illegal information and / or content.
• As of the 20th of May 2010, MyBB Top Sites does not allow any URL forwarding to another not related MyBB Site. If your site is found doing so, your site will be removed without warning.
• We also wouldn’t mind if you posted the image on your website. If you do, it will give you better ratings and show your commitment. But you don’t have to.
